You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations.

New Reduced  Non-Profit, Student, Individual Rate $545 + 5% GST

A $75 fee will be charged for cancellations before April 10th, 2010. No refunds after that date.
Substitutions are always welcome. "No shows" will be charged the full fee.

US Dollars accepted at par.

Size, Meals and Surplus

• In order to ensure a quality experience for all participants, the conference will be limited to 100 persons.
• Your Conference Fee includes all sessions, materials, receptions, meals and breaks.  
• Any surplus will be dedicated to developing the Canadian network for strategic foresight and its website.
• All professional time devoted to the preparation for the conference was volunteered.
